Rhino Products Ltd has its 55,000sqft manufacturing and office facilities based in Flintshire, the gateway to North Wales.  A dedicated and skilled multi-lingual sales team are able to take technical calls and identify the most suitable system for customers needs.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing and design is undertaken on one site. Formed in 1998 Rhino quickly established itself within the market place. A growing reputation and constant development saw the company become the UK’s leading manufacturer of Roof Racks, Roof Bars and Accessories for commercial vehicles. It was this growth that brought about our move to the current site.

Designing

Using state of the art 3D CAD systems, our designs guarantee high strength, top quality and an ease of fitment for today's commercial vehicles. Successful designs have led to Rhino becoming OE suppliers for high profile companies such as VW.

Testing

Safety is always at the forefront of our designs. To this end Rhino submit all their products to the highest level of independent European safety accreditations available. This rigorous testing includes 20g City Crash Testing, Life Cycle Testing and Wind Tunnel Testing at both Millbrook and MIRA research facilities together with TUV / DIN approval.

Stock Holding

All our racks systems are manufactured in-house and we carry vast stocks allowing for next day delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
